Sales Tax:
By law we are required to collect a 4% sales tax for items shipped to addresses in the State of New York.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept money orders and certified checks. Agency purchases may be made with credit card or purchase order. However we have a strict policy regarding receiving payments in a timely fashion.

***Special Note*** We no longer accept paypal as a payment option. Paypal is very unfriendly towards our industry, and we have decided to no longer deal with them. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Policies:
  • Falcon Tactical ships all packages using USPS.
  • We charge $8.99 per package to ship. This includes most items unless it is oversized.
  • We ship to all APO/FPO addresses. Please provide accurate physical address information when completing the checkout. If we do not receive correct information, it will delay shipment.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on if the item is oversized. Please email or call for a quote ahead of time.
  • All packages are shipped in discrete boxes or packages.

    Where we ship to:
    We ship all items in the US. We will NOT ship any items out of the US that have any relation to Firearms, Night vision, Body Armor, IR reducing clothing, or IR identifier tabs. This includes shipment of these items to any APO/FPO address.

    Return & Refund Policies:
  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 60 days of customer receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale.
  • Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless return is due to a mistake made by us, i.e. we shipped incorrect product, then we will pay all return shipping expenses.
  • Short-shipments, Defective or incorrect product must be reported to us within 5 business days from delivered date.
  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please email us for details.
  • All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
  • All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please email returns@falcontactical.net
  • We will direct you where to ship your return when we issue your RMA number.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

    Please write your RMA number on the package. Example: RMA-xxxxxx

    Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.

    Warranty Issues:
    All products purchased from Falcon Tactical come with a 60 day warranty. This means that if you receive your item and it is defective, we will replace it within the first 60 days. For items that are past the 60 day period, or are used and fail, simply return for a replacement. We will deal with the manufacturers on warranty issues. Please email us at warranty@falcontactical.net if you need a replacement.
